Data and purposes
We process the information you provide to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and coordinate transfers or deliveries: contact details, pickup, destination, date, passengers, luggage and shipment details. A linked photo is optional. Provide only necessary information and avoid sensitive data.
Bookings and payments
Bookings are managed through WordPress, E-cab and WooCommerce. Payment details are provided to the enabled provider at checkout. NDZ does not request full card numbers or CVV through this site outside the provider's secure form.
External services
If you choose to continue to WhatsApp or open Google Maps, message or route details are shared with that service and its policies also apply. Technical providers participate as needed to deliver the service. Analytics tools require the applicable consent.
Retention and rights
Data is retained as long as needed to handle your request, deliver the service and meet applicable legal obligations. You may request information, access, correction, deletion and exercise other applicable rights by writing to the contact email. Your identity will be verified where necessary to protect your data.
